Area Key Account Sales Manager South - East UK

Join one of the market leading industrial castor and wheel manufacturers:

Our UK business is growing in the wide market of OEM’ and industrial distributors as well as in the after sales market and we offer a realistic career progression in accordance with our strategic 5 year expansion plan, we are looking for an Area Key Account Sales Manager, to sell our range of castors, wheels, axles, industrial Polyurethane and Rubber products direct to industrial OEM’, distributors and after sales service organizations.


Key Skills:

  • Field sales experience in the logistic, automotive or material handling industry
  • 3-4 years key account management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Attention to detail, able to research and profile clients (account mapping)
  • Tenacious, resilient and career minded
  • Business development experience with industrial OEM project work and bespoke articles

Role Information:

  • A Key Account Management role selling industrial castors and wheels as well as system components
  • To expand the existing customer base towards the strong customer branches we have in our strategic focus
  • Although you must live in the East / South of England, your accounts may be based throughout the country
  • Your primary responsibility will be to increase the sales within your area with existing and potential new accounts. You will be involved in escalated customer services queries, debt management and contract negotiations
